Real Techniques Makeup Brushes

Makeup brushes are a must have for me. They truly make a difference and transform the way your makeup looks. Real Techniques Brushes are by far the most affordable and best quality makeup brushes I've tried.

Real Techniques Brushes make the application of makeup so easy and flawless. They blend products really well and make the finished look seamless and professional looking! If you tend to have a heavy hand and apply too much product on your face, these brushes are perfect for you. They pick up just enough product and you can always built on. Indeed, it's far easier to add more product then to take some off! The bristles on the brushes are super soft and fluffy. Washing the them isn't a problem. They don't shed and loose their shape at all, unlike certain brushes tend to do. Real Techniques Brushes dry beautifully after the wash and the bristles are left feeling just as new afterwards!

You can either choose to buy individual brushes or sets. Single brushes retail from 6 to 10 canadian dollar, depending on the kind and sets from 12 to 20 dollar. Sets comes with 4 or 5 brushes as well as a little pouch to store and carry your brushes in. I found mine at Walmart and Winners. I bought the Core Collection, the Eyes Starter Set and the Travel Essentials.

The Core Collection Set has a contour brush, a pointed foundation brush, a buffing brush and a detailer brush.

The Eye Starter Set includes a crease brush, a base shadow brush, a accent brush, a fine liner brush and a brow brush.

The Travel Essentials comes with a foundation brush, a domed eye shadow brush and a multi task face brush.

If you are a makeup beginner and you are starting to build your kit, I would really recommend buying the Eye Starter Set and the Core Collection. Each set has a variety of brushes that will help you create any look! Even though I now have quite a few brushes from Real Techniques, I still have my eyes on a few more that I would love to add to my collection. If you love makeup brushes, but don't want to spent too much money, try out the Real Techniques Brushes and soon you'll want to buy all of them like me!
